“Empower Her” Seminar Organised by Mahindra’s Nandi Foundation Boosts Women Employment

The "Empower Her" seminar hosted by Nandi Foundation, Mahindra’s CSR arm, focused on providing job-oriented training and skills to 200 female university students.

JAMSHEDPUR – Under the banner of the "Empower Her" initiative, the Nandi Foundation, a CSR branch of the Mahindra Group, organised an impactful seminar at Netaji Subhash University.

This programme, which is dedicated to bolstering women’s employment, saw participation from 200 female university students.

The foundation is committed to collaborating with educational institutions and independent professionals to deliver targeted training, skill enhancement, and job placement opportunities for women.

Noted development coach Pranay Kumar and Vivek Verma, state director of the Nandi Foundation, were the resource persons for this seminar.

Mr. Verma’s inspiring speech highlighted the plethora of job opportunities in the growing economy, aiming to motivate the participants towards successful career paths.

This was followed by an interactive Q&A session, providing students with comprehensive insights into the employment market.

The seminar was a beneficial learning experience for the female students, significantly broadening their understanding of job prospects.
