East Singhbhum Congress Leader Nominated for Integrated Scheduled Tribe Development Agency

Paritosh Singh, the East Singhbhum Congress leader, is proposed to join the district committee for the Integrated Scheduled Tribe Development Agency.

JAMSHEDPUR – Congress leader of East Singhbhum, Paritosh Singh, has been put forth as a prospective member of the district level committee for the Integrated Scheduled Tribe Development Agency. This entity was established under the 15-point program created by the Government of India, designed for the upliftment of minority communities.

Singh explained that the Indian government initiated the 15-point program in 2006 with the main purpose of bolstering the progression of minority populations. The program is primarily aimed at enhancing the educational access for minority community students, fostering economic activity through new and existing schemes, and ensuring equitable minority representation in jobs, credit availability for self-ventures, and recruitment for state and central government posts.

Furthermore, the program intends to augment support, improve minorities’ living conditions by securing their fair share in infrastructure development funds, prevent communal discord and violence, control the scheme, and implement it effectively. Additionally, it mandates that the disadvantaged sectors within the minority community should also benefit from various government initiatives.

Singh expressed his gratitude towards the district’s deputy commissioner for the nomination, vowing to work tirelessly and uphold the confidence placed in him while chairing this committee.
