Adivasi Sengel Abhiyan Burns Hemant Soren’s Effigy in Jamshedpur in Protest
Adivasi Sengel Abhiyan in Jamshedpur protested against the Hemant government’s decisions, burning an effigy of Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
JAMSHEDPUR – Protesting against the decisions of the Hemant government, the effigy of Chief Minister Hemant Soren was burnt at Sakchi Golchakkar by the Adivasi Sengel Abhiyan in Jamshedpur.
Strong slogans were raised by them against the Chief Minister of the state and the state government.
They said that while the Santhali language has been recognized at the international level, but the Hemant government of the state has not yet given it the status of the state language, due to which everyone is indignant.
In addition, the deity of the tribals, Marangburu mountain, has also been handed over to Jainism, which they are also opposing.
Moreover, they are opposing the inclusion of Kudmi Mahto in the tribal category.
Because of these issues, the Adivasi Sengel Abhiyaners are expressing their anger by burning the effigy of the Chief Minister.
