District administration initiates the Bamboo Artisan Collector Development Program to offer skill upgrades and employment opportunities.
JAMSHEDPUR – A Bamboo Artisan Collector Development Program is being set in motion courtesy of the District Administration East Singhbhum DMFT initiative.
The Dhalbhum Sub-Divisional Officer launched the program from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office of East Singhbhum district, aiming to connect people with this new opportunity.

Those aged between 18 and 45 years can gain direct employment by enhancing their skills and joining this program.
In line with the state government’s directives, the district administration is making relentless efforts to connect individuals with such opportunities.
Sub-Divisional Officer Piyush Sinha, who flagged off the chariot, said that a plethora of products can be made from bamboo.
The chariot will travel to every block to connect people with this initiative and make efforts to create awareness and encourage people to join the program.
