JAC Matric-Inter Board Exams begin in Jamshedpur too amid tight security

26237 students taking matriculation exams in Jharkhand, 24702 taking intermediate examination

Jamshedpur: The matriculation and intermediate level examinations conducted by Jharkhand Academic Council began on Tuesday, March 14 in the entire state, including Jamshedpur. Tight security arrangements were made to ensure that the examinations were conducted without any untoward incident.

On March 14, JAC examinations for matriculation and intermediate students began at different centers across the city.

All of the testing locations are conducting the exams in a safe and peaceful manner and no untoward incident was reported from anywhere.

The tests are being taken throughout the whole state.

26237 students are taking the matriculation examinations in 73 different districts, while 24702 candidates are taking the intermediate exams in 29 different districts.

To stop any improprieties during the tests, the district has appointed a total of 147 magistrates. A sufficient police presence has been ensured to maintain peace and order and a fair testing environment.

According to information received, exams are being conductged smoothly across the district as a whole.
