JAP-6 jawans donate 50 bottles of blood

Jamshedpur: To extend a helping hand to those who need transfusion of blood for different reasons, a blood donation camp was organised on Tuesday by the police department in the JAP 6 premises near Bagunhatu under Sidgora police station.

A large number of policemen, including officers of the police department were present.

On one hand, the police personnel who protect the country lay down their lives. On the other hand, police do not back down even from doing public service under public sentiment.

By sending out a humanitarian message, the policemen posted in JAP-6, Sidgora, Bagunhatu, Jamshedpur have expressed their commitment to the greater good of the society.

The humane face of the police department was on full display during the blood donation camp.

The blood donation camp was organised under the leadership of Commander Anshuman Kumar and Deputy Superintendent of Police Vishwajeet B at JAP-6 campus, Sidhgora, Jamshedpur. A large number of policemen and officers were present on the occasion.

About 50 units of blood were collected in the blood donation camp.

The collected blood will be provided to the poor needy patients through hospitals.

Inspector Budheshwar Ram said that in view of the corona epidemic, a blood donation camp was organised under the leadership of Commander Anshuman Kumar and Deputy Superintendent of Police Vishwajit B.

He said that during the Corona pandemic, the policemen are performing their duty as frontline warriors and are also doing their best to help the needy by donating blood.

He said that such initiatives for the general public will continue even in future.
