Miscreants steal bricks, doors and windows from vacant Tata Steel quarters in New Ranikudar

Jamshedpur: Miscreants and youths hanging out in vacant quarters of Tata Steel in New Ranikudar has turned into a big nuisance for the local residents. The miscreants are also reportedly stealing bricks, doors and windows and iron angles from dilapidated quarters.

After receiving information about this a team of Tata Steel security guards and Kadma police raided the area and seized an auto laded with bricks and iron angles. However, this has not been confirmed by Kadma police yet.

According to locals, outsiders break portions of vacant quarters and steal bricks, angles, doors and windows.

This is also causing issues for the local residents as miscreants keep roaming in the area.

Locals say that the police raided the site on Sunday and seized an auto rickshaw from the place. However, it is yet not known whether any arrest has been made in this connection or not.
