9 days of zero corona death in Jamshedpur, total deaths static at 375

Jamshedpur: No death due to coronavirus was reported in Jamshedpur even on Monday. The city has seen no deaths for the last nine days as the total death toll remained static at 375.

According to official data, seven new cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in East Singhbhum district. With this, the total number of coronavirus infected patients in East Singhbhum district has reached 17,979.

On the other hand, 18 new cases of Corona virus were also detected in East Singhbhum district.

The total number of patients in the state has now reached 17,519. The number of active cases of Corona virus infections in East Singhbhum district has now come down to 85 only.

As per official data, East Singhbhum district has tested 5,14,010 samples till Monday. Out of these samples 17,979 samples have tested positive while a total of 4,96,031 samples have tested negative.

According to official data the recovery rate for East Singhbhum district has now reached 97.48%, while the mortality rate is hovering around 2.09%. The positivity rate is at 3.50%. East Singhbhum district remains the worst affected districts of Jharkhand state.
