Saryu Roy’s new book “Lamhon ki Khata” released, focus back on Meinhardt

Ranchi: Saryu Roy, MLA from Jamshedpur East and the former minister in Raghuvar Das cabinet, has written a book in Hindi “Meinhardt Niyukti Ghotala – Lamhon ki Khata (Meinhardt Appointment Scam – The mistake of the moments)”. The book was formally released today evening in Ranchi. The release function was telecast via Facebook Live.

The book is likely to bring the focus back on the alleged Meinhardt Appointment Scam. Saryu Roy has been raising the issue for a long time.

Saryu Roy in a tweet today also said that he has sent soft copies of the book to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and the national president of BJP J P Nadda too.

Saryu Roy, who is a former BJP leader, is known for having exposed several scams in the past.

He has had serious differences with the former chief minister of Jharkhand, Raghuvar Das.

After defeating Raghuvar Das in the Assembly elections on Jamshedpur East seat, he had said that he was firm on raising the issue of alleged corruption in the Meinhardt deal in a big way.

This book is likely to ruffle a lot of feathers in the days to come and will certainly generate a lot of heat in the political firmament of Jharkhand.
