Sunil Anand honored again at Anand Marg for his remarkable public service efforts, including organizing blood donation camps, cataract surgeries, and environmental initiatives.
JAMSHEDPUR – Sunil Anand, a renowned public service worker, has been awarded the prestigious Public Service Award for the sixth time at Anand Marg’s global Dharma Mahasammelan in Anand Nagar, Purulia district.
This award is a recognition of Anand’s tireless commitment to public service imbued with a spiritual spirit.
Various types of spiritual programs were organized as part of the Dharma Mahasammelan, in which Anand received the award from Acharya Vishwadevanand Avdhoot.
The award selection is based on the half-yearly report on global-level public service activities carried out by the organization.
Anand’s most recent recognition was for his work over the past six months in organizing blood donation camps, facilitating cataract operations, and leading environmental initiatives, all of which were conducted in line with Anand Marg’s innovative humanistic principles.
Sunil Anand’s prior honours include Public Service Awards received in 2017, 2019, 2020, 2022, and on 1 January 2023.
This sixth award, granted on 5 June 2023, is a testament to his sustained dedication to public service.
