JAMSHEDPUR – A man’s body was found hanging from a tree in Shivnarayanpur forest under Adityapur police station jurisdiction on Sunday afternoon, with his family suspecting murder.

The deceased has been identified as Phani Pramanik. Local residents discovered the body around noon. They immediately alerted Adityapur police station. The incident caused panic in the area.

Pinku Pramanik, son of the deceased, expressed suspicions about his father’s death. “I suspect my father was murdered,” he said. He pointed to injury marks on his father’s legs. The marks suggest a possible assault before death.
