Anil Kumar Jha Files Court Complaint Leading to FIR and Investigation
Anil Kumar Jha from D’Costa Road in Jugsalai has accused his wife and father-in-law of murdering his mother, resulting in a police investigation.
JAMSHEDPUR – Anil Kumar Jha, a resident of D’Costa Road in the Jugsalai police station area, has filed a court complaint alleging that his wife, Ankita Jha, and father-in-law, Sushil Jha, murdered his mother, Renuka Devi.
The court directed the police to register an FIR, initiating an investigation into the matter.
In his complaint, Anil Jha stated that his mother, who suffered from mental illness, died on May 3, 2024.
Initially, her last rites were performed without suspicion.
However, Anil Jha now believes that his wife may have strangled his mother.
He mentioned to the police that his relationship with wife had been strained, with frequent arguments, which he suspects might have led her to commit the crime.
His wife currently resides at her maternal home on Sakchi Tapti Road.
The Jugsalai police have started their investigation following the registration of the FIR under relevant sections.
The police are gathering evidence and statements to uncover the truth behind Renuka Devi’s death.
