Samay Construction Launches Premium Housing with Modern Amenities

JAMSHEDPUR – A major residential project named Sunrise Point is taking shape in Adityapur, offering premium housing with modern amenities.

The project is being developed by Samay Construction Pvt. Ltd. on Road No. 4, Hariom Nagar. Its first phase is scheduled for completion by December 2027. Special booking offers are now open for buyers during Dussehra and Diwali.

Phase 1 features 288 flats with two and three-bedroom options. The units measure 983, 999, and 1345 square feet. There are six blocks of G+11 floors, with 48 flats each.

Moreover, the complex includes two levels of parking and landscaped podium gardens. A central garden of 15,000 square feet and a clubhouse of 5,000 square feet are part of the plan. In addition, children and senior citizens will have separate play and walking zones.

Other facilities include a banquet hall, gym, yoga hall, and amphitheatre. Furthermore, 24×7 CCTV, digital security, fire safety systems, and power backup are assured. Rainwater harvesting, STP, and solar lighting have also been added. Garbage collection and a boundary wall are planned, with electricity supply by Tata Steel’s JUSCO.

Phase 1 construction has already reached 50 percent progress. The company has emphasized timely delivery and quality standards. A director stated, “We are committed to offering metro-standard living at affordable prices.”

Meanwhile, rumors about builder R.K. Sinha’s involvement were dismissed. The directors confirmed he had no dispute with the project. Mr. Sinha himself extended his good wishes for the project’s success. The company clarified that all approvals were secured from the Municipal Corporation, RERA, banks, and other authorities.
