JAMSHEDPUR – ADL Society in Kadma organized a press conference under president Y. Ishwar Rao’s leadership addressing upcoming elections and organizational matters.

The president announced that election procedures will commence before July 31, 2025. Administrative permission has been sought for maintaining law and order. The society is preparing for transparent electoral processes.

However, Rao leveled serious allegations against former officials. Former general secretary K. Gurunath Rao faced accusations of misleading the community. Majhi Ravi Kumar was also criticized for damaging society interests.

Moreover, the president highlighted irregularities during previous tenure. Work proceeded without general body meetings frequently. Contracts were awarded arbitrarily without proper consultation.

In addition, officials were removed without proper notice. The treasurer and assistant secretary faced sudden dismissal. These actions violated established organizational protocols completely.

Meanwhile, teacher recruitment issues drew significant criticism. Rao revealed that 95% recruited teachers were non-Telugu speakers. The remaining 5% positions went to relatives exclusively.

Furthermore, constitutional action was taken against Gurunath Rao. His expulsion was implemented according to society rules. His lifetime membership was also cancelled permanently.

On the other hand, the current committee emphasizes transparency. They have added 437 new members successfully. Telugu children receive school fee concessions now.

Additionally, several development projects are progressing well. The MP Hall construction continues steadily. Multiple infrastructure improvements are being implemented systematically.

The press conference included several committee members. N.V.R Murthy, C.H Ramana Rao attended the event. K. Nagesh Naidu and P. Sahyadri Rao participated actively.

Moreover, M. Kamal Kumar and P. Ravi Prakash joined. E. Satyanarayan and K. Ramakrishna were present. Prashant Kumar and W.V. Surya Rao also attended.

The society is working towards community welfare actively. Educational initiatives receive special attention from leadership. Cultural programs are being organized regularly for members.
