Each block has been assigned a specific day for grievance redressal. Officials will remain present during these sessions to hear citizens’ issues. They will ensure swift execution of necessary actions.

The system will accelerate complaint resolution significantly. Moreover, citizens will not need to visit district headquarters anymore. This reduces travel burden on rural residents considerably.

However, the schedule covers all major blocks in the district. Bodam and Musabani blocks will conduct sessions on Wednesdays. Dumaria and Dhalbhumgarh also hold sessions on Wednesdays.

In addition, Ghatshila and Bahragora blocks schedule sessions on Thursdays. Potka and Gudabanda blocks organize sessions on Fridays. Jamshedpur block also conducts sessions on Fridays.

The complete schedule includes eleven blocks across the district. Each block follows its designated day for conducting sessions. Block officials will maintain regular attendance during these sessions.

Citizens can directly approach their respective block offices. They should visit on designated days for their blocks. This will help ensure timely action on their complaints.

District administration has appealed to all citizens for participation. They encourage people to register their problems and complaints. Timely action will be guaranteed through this system.

The initiative represents a significant administrative reform in the district. It brings government services closer to rural populations. Citizens will experience improved accessibility to administrative support.

Officials expect increased participation from rural communities. The system will help identify common problems affecting multiple villages. This data will assist in planning targeted development interventions.

The weekly schedule ensures consistent availability of administrative support. Citizens can plan their visits according to fixed schedules. This predictability will improve overall service delivery efficiency.
