JAMSHEDPUR – The city’s sole Odia almanac, Singhbhum Panjika, witnessed its annual release at Tuiladungri Odia Primary School.

The almanac serves over 50,000 Odia families in Kolhan. Meanwhile, it maintains traditional customs and festivals.

“This publication bridges cultural gaps,” remarked a community leader. Moreover, it helps preserve Odia heritage.

Cultural Significance

The almanac includes important festival dates. However, it also features astrological predictions for the year.

Tuiladungri school has hosted this event for five years. Besides, it promotes Odia language education.

The free distribution benefits rural areas. Additionally, it reaches remote villages across three districts.
