JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Power EZ Charge, a pioneer in EV charging solutions, showcased its innovative and expansive infrastructure at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The event highlighted Tata Power’s commitment to promoting seamless electric vehicle (EV) adoption in India through advanced technology, renewable energy, and strategic partnerships.

The company’s EV network includes over 5,500 public chargers across 550 cities and towns, 120,000+ home chargers, and 1,100 bus charging points. This infrastructure supports long-distance travel on key highways such as Delhi-Chandigarh, Bengaluru-Chennai, and Mumbai-Goa, easing range anxiety for EV owners.

Solar-Powered Solutions Take Center Stage

Tata Power’s exhibit featured solar-integrated chargers and AI-driven monitoring systems. These green energy solutions reduce dependence on conventional sources, with over 1,000 solar-powered chargers currently operational. Demonstrations of fast-charging technology and advanced monitoring systems emphasized Tata Power’s role as a sustainability leader.

Customer-Centric Innovations

The EZ Charge mobile app offers real-time updates for charger locations and availability, simplifying the user experience. Additionally, RFID-enabled cards allow EV owners to charge vehicles effortlessly without mobile app usage, ensuring convenience for a wide range of users.

Future Growth Plans

Tata Power aims to significantly expand its charging infrastructure with high-speed chargers along key highways, particularly in underserved regions and high-traffic areas. This growth strategy aligns with India’s clean energy transition goals and the increasing demand for EVs.

By collaborating with leading OEMs like Tata Motors and Jaguar Land Rover, Tata Power ensures compatibility with diverse EV models. The company’s real-time Network Operations Centre in Mumbai oversees performance and provides rapid issue resolution.

With 165 million green kilometers already facilitated, Tata Power EZ Charge is driving India’s e-mobility revolution, blending innovation, sustainability, and accessibility for a cleaner future.
