Loyola Alumni Visit Retired Priests at XLRI on Christmas Eve

Former principals among elderly Jesuits greeted by school association members

JAMSHEDPUR – Loyola School Alumni Association members visited elderly Jesuit priests at XLRI’s Guidra Residence on Christmas Eve.

The team met former principals and other retired priests. Senior members sang Christmas carols with the Jesuits.

“This initiative helps maintain our strong bond with former teachers,” said a visiting alumnus.

Moreover, the group included senior office bearers of the alumni association. Meanwhile, they interacted with Fr Coelho and Fr Maxi.

Christmas Celebrations

Furthermore, Association President Fr Vinod Fernandes organized the thoughtful visit. The team spent quality time with retired priests.

In addition, senior vice-president Rajiv Talwar and vice-president Savak Patel participated. Secretary Pratim Banerjee and treasurer Iqbal Alam also joined.

School Festivities

On the other hand, the alumni extended celebrations to Loyola School. They joined current Jesuit staff for Christmas.

Besides, Fr George Thana and Rector Fr KM Joseph attended the school event. Fr Pradeep Jose was also present during festivities.
