SERAIKELA – A special ceremony was held in Seraikela on Monday to honor police personnel for their exceptional service during the 2024 Assembly Elections.

At the police center in Dugni, Superintendent of Police Mukesh Luniyal awarded certificates to 91 officers and personnel. The event was attended by trainee IAS Ashish Agarwal, both SDPOs, DSP Headquarters, trainee DSPs, and several senior police officials.

SP Mukesh Luniyal commended the officers for their dedication to conducting peaceful, free, and fair elections in Seraikela-Kharsawan district. He highlighted the importance of such recognition programs in boosting the morale of police personnel.

“These events encourage officers and infuse new energy in them,” SP Luniyal said, praising all officials who ensured smooth election duties.

The honored police personnel played a significant role in maintaining law and order during the election process. Their efforts helped prevent incidents of violence and ensured a safe environment for voters.

Trainee IAS Ashish Agarwal also emphasized the collective effort of the police team. Similar initiatives are planned to reward personnel for future accomplishments.
