MEDININAGAR – The CNI and Union Church in Palamu organized a Christmas gathering featuring traditional worship services and cultural performances.
The celebrations began with welcome songs and religious ceremonies. Meanwhile, the youth wing had decorated the church premises beautifully.
Cultural Presentations
A beautifully crafted nativity scene adorned the church hall. Moreover, women’s groups presented tableaux depicting the birth of Jesus Christ.
Children from Sunday school performed various dance numbers. Additionally, the women’s association presented the song “Anand Ka Din Aaj Aaya Hai.”
Community Participation
The men’s group performed traditional Christmas carols. Furthermore, members of the Youth Union and Shahpur group entertained the gathering with songs and dances.
Dr. Dora, Dr. Sushma Shabnam Horo, and Dr. Jaywant Lakra attended the event. On the other hand, Pastor Prabhu Ranjan Masih delivered the Christmas message.
Special Arrangements
The church premises featured elaborate decorations and lighting. Meanwhile, special arrangements were made to accommodate the large gathering.
In addition, the organizing committee had planned various activities. Several prominent community members, including Augustus Bakhla and Masihdan Beck, attended the celebration.
