JAMSHEDPUR – Loyola School organized an interactive session with 40 van drivers, focusing on student safety and addressing various concerns while honoring veteran drivers for their service.

Fr Vinod Fernandes led the discussion on safety protocols. The session highlighted the critical role of drivers in students’ lives.

“Student safety is our topmost priority,” emphasized a school official.

Safety Guidelines and Training

The school management detailed POCSO guidelines. They stressed on appropriate behavior with students.

Meanwhile, the drivers shared their daily challenges. The management worked on finding practical solutions.

“These drivers are essential members of our educational community,” noted a school representative.

Recognition and Fellowship

Several drivers received recognition for their long service. Some have served the school community since 1992.

Moreover, Vice Principals Jayanthi Sheshadri and Vineeta Ekka attended the event.

The school emphasized the drivers’ role beyond transportation. They discussed the importance of being role models.

“Transport safety is integral to our educational mission,” remarked an administrative staff member.
