RANCHI – Jharkhand Finance Minister Radhakrishna Kishore presented a Rs 11,697.45 crore supplementary budget focusing on women’s welfare.

The funds will support crucial welfare schemes.
Major Departmental Allocations
The energy department receives Rs 2,577.92 crore.
Meanwhile, education gets Rs 574.69 crore split between different divisions.
Moreover, home and disaster management secured Rs 445.96 crore.

The government promises monthly aid of Rs 2,500 under Mainya Samman Yojana.
Additionally, beneficiaries will receive Rs 1,000 through Sarvajan Pension Yojana.
The administration plans 33% reservation for women in government jobs.
