Key Constituencies in Focus

Jamshedpur East and West have drawn special attention due to their tight margins. One agency forecasts a potential win for JDU in Jamshedpur West, adding intrigue to the final results.

The elections saw 44 general-category seats contested, with 28 reserved for Scheduled Tribes and 9 for Scheduled Castes. As the tenure of the current legislature ends on January 5, 2025, all eyes are on November 23 for the final count.

“The electorate has spoken. Now, the numbers will decide Jharkhand’s direction,” remarked political analyst Ramesh Tiwari.
