RANCHI – Chief Secretary Alka Tiwari participated in phase two voting while emphasizing civic engagement.

The senior official chose a pink polling station. Moreover, she received a warm welcome.

"Voting rights come with responsibilities," remarked an official connected with the polling duties.

Meanwhile, the electoral process continued across 38 constituencies. Furthermore, officials monitored voter turnout.

In addition, Tiwari addressed media after casting her vote. She stressed democratic participation’s importance.

However, voting remained active in specific areas. Besides, Khijri witnessed steady voter flow.

On the other hand, Silli constituency showed strong turnout. Meanwhile, officials ensured smooth proceedings.
