JAMSHEDPUR – A massive ecological park nearing completion in Chakulia will strengthen Jharkhand’s eco-tourism infrastructure while providing diverse recreational facilities.
The ambitious project spans across 78 acres of pristine land.
Moreover, the Forest Department has invested Rs 15 crore in this eco-friendly initiative.
Meanwhile, United Nursery from Kolkata spearheads the landscaping operations.
Furthermore, this park joins Jharkhand’s network of 12 ecological parks developed since 2020.
The facility incorporates sustainable features like a plant nursery and natural pond.
Additionally, the park will feature solar-powered lighting systems throughout its premises.
In addition, a local environmental expert states, "This park represents a significant step toward promoting eco-tourism in Jharkhand’s eastern region."
The park stands just 2 kilometers from Chakulia Railway Station.
However, similar parks in Jharkhand have attracted over 50,000 visitors annually.
On the other hand, special attention has been given to religious tourism through the Chhath Ghat construction.
Besides, recent developments include Mexican grass installation and decorative plant placement.
The park showcases ten carefully designed gazebos for visitor relaxation.
