NDA Candidate Assures Free Connections for BPL Families as Per Government Rules

JAMSHEDPUR – NDA candidate Saryu Roy intervened in the water connection fee dispute affecting local residents.

The issue emerged during Roy’s visit to various bastis.

Moreover, Roy confirmed that BPL families are eligible for free water connections.

"No resident should pay more than government-prescribed rates," stated Roy.

Furthermore, he urged residents to report any excessive fee demands.

Meanwhile, UISL’s General Manager assured compliance with state-mandated rates.

However, concerned residents can contact the UISL office directly.

In addition, Roy conducted visits to Tilgadha and Sidhu-Kanho basti.

On the other hand, the matter falls under Tata lease agreement obligations.
