MEDININAGAR – Palamu district witnessed three separate shooting incidents within 24 hours, with swift police action leading to one arrest.
A gambling dispute turned violent in Semratand area.
Moreover, the incident occurred near a Chilbil tree around 4:30 PM on Friday.
"The accused was apprehended with the weapon shortly after the incident," stated a police official.
Furthermore, the victim Chhotu Bhuiyan sustained gunshot wounds to his abdomen.
Meanwhile, two other shootings were reported at Bypass Road and Bandua village.
However, Rakesh Malakar was shot during an altercation near a petrol pump.
In addition, Subhan Shah was injured in the Chainpur incident.
On the other hand, all victims are receiving medical treatment at various facilities.
