BJM demands compensation to deceased minor’s family

Jamshedpur:- Bhartiya Jan Morcha has demanded compensation to the family of deceased minor Biplab Raha, who had recently died allegedly due to a fall in a pit dug as a part of construction work under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana.

A delegation of BJM today submitted the Deputy Commissioner demanding compensation to the family members of the deceased minor.

Later, the district general secretary of BJP, Kashinath Pradhan said that the safety standards are being flouted openly during construction work under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana.

He said that even safety encirclement is not being ensuring at the construction site.

He said that the parents of the deceased minor are extremely poor. Father of the deceased minor works as a labourer in PM Awas Yojana construction work. He said that the district administration should ensure compensation payment ot the victim’s family.
