JAMSHEDPUR – A movement to commemorate Ratan Tata’s legacy with a grand statue is gaining traction in the steel city.
Local artists are spearheading the initiative to honor the late industrialist.
The proposal calls for erecting the world’s largest statue of Ratan Tata.
Jharkhand-Bihar singer Ajit Aman is at the forefront of this campaign.
“Ratan Tata’s life story inspires millions,” Aman passionately stated.
The artist has written to both PM Modi and CM Hemant Soren.
Meanwhile, MLA Saryu Roy has pushed for naming a bridge after Tata.
Aman emphasized Tata’s contributions beyond the business world.
“His humanitarian efforts deserve recognition,” the singer remarked.
The campaign highlights Tata’s initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tata’s role in establishing cancer hospitals has also been praised.
Moreover, his decision to make Tata Main Hospital free for all was lauded.
“Tata’s love for the environment and animals is exemplary,” Aman added.
The artist believes Tata deserves India’s highest civilian honor, the Bharat Ratna.
Aman has already released three songs dedicated to the industrialist.
A fourth tribute song is set to debut on Tata’s upcoming birth anniversary.
The proposed statue aims to inspire future generations.
“It would serve as a reminder of Tata’s vision and values,” a local resident commented.
