JAMSHEDPUR – The Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) recently concluded its 66th National Convention and 8th International Conference in Jamshedpur.

The two-day event, held on September 27-28, centered on innovation and AI-enabled sustainable growth.

Distinguished speakers from various sectors addressed the inaugural session.

Moreover, the conference explored topics such as AI-driven sustainability solutions and smart manufacturing.

Three consecutive sessions focused on building a sustainable future through technology.

Meanwhile, keynote speakers from organizations like DRDO and McKinsey & Company shared insights.

They emphasized the role of emerging technologies in promoting sustainability.

Furthermore, a panel discussion integrated innovation and sustainability concepts.

Experts from Tata Steel, EY, and Maribus Solar Pvt. Ltd. participated in the discussion.

On the other hand, the event featured presentations of around 170 technical papers.

These papers came from over 40 organizations and institutions.

Additionally, awards were presented to the best papers and case studies.

The conference highlighted the importance of digital literacy and AI education.

The event concluded with a valedictory function attended by industry leaders.
