JAMSHEDPUR – A delegation from the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry, led by President Vijay Anand Moonka, met with Jharkhand’s Industry Secretary, Jitendra Kumar Singh, in Ranchi to address several pressing issues impacting the industrial sector in the region.

The meeting, attended by Chamber’s Honorary Secretary Manav Kedia, Vice-President Puneet Kanwatia, and others, highlighted the deteriorating conditions in Adityapur’s industrial area, which is crucial to the state’s economy.

The delegates expressed concern over the poor state of roads, frequent power outages, and lack of adequate infrastructure.

According to Moonka, "The ongoing neglect of Adityapur’s infrastructure is hampering industrial productivity and growth."

Urgent Action Needed

Secretary Jitendra Kumar Singh acknowledged the challenges and assured that steps would be taken to resolve these issues.

He emphasized the importance of proper infrastructure for sustaining industrial development and attracting investment to the region.

The delegation urged for swift improvements to ensure that local industries can operate without hindrance, thereby contributing to Jharkhand’s overall economic growth.
