JAMSHEDPUR – With the nation preparing for the joyous celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi, artisans across the country are working tirelessly to give the final touches to the idols of Lord Ganesha.

This year, Ganesh Chaturthi falls on September 7, marking the start of the festival season in India.

While event organizers are busy making arrangements for the festivities, sculptors are hard at work, ensuring that the idols are ready by September 5.

This deadline is crucial as buyers are expected to flock to the markets soon after to purchase these meticulously crafted idols.

One of the sculptors shared, "We are working until 2 AM to ensure the idols are ready on time."

He also mentioned that the prices of the idols start from ₹5,000 and can go up to ₹12,000, depending on the size and intricacy.

The beautifully crafted idols are already attracting considerable attention from potential buyers.

As the festival approaches, the demand for these idols continues to grow, highlighting the skill and dedication of the artisans.
