Minister Ashok Choudhary and MLA Saryu Roy highlight party’s future plans at the Michael John Auditorium event.

The JD(U) organized a grand Milan Samaroh in Jamshedpur, marking the first major event since MLA Saryu Roy joined the party.

JAMSHEDPUR – A grand Milan Samaroh was organized by the Janata Dal (United) at the Michael John Auditorium in Bistupur, Jamshedpur, with Bihar Minister Dr. Ashok Choudhary as the chief guest and Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy as the special guest.

This event marked the first large-scale gathering since Saryu Roy’s recent inclusion in the JD(U).

A large number of people joined the party during the event, which began with the lighting of a ceremonial lamp.

Speakers at the event introduced attendees to the party’s policies and future goals.

During his speech, Bihar Minister Dr. Ashok Choudhary emphasized the strong friendship between MLA Saryu Roy and JD(U) Supremo Nitish Kumar.

He recalled how Saryu Roy had supported Nitish Kumar during his battle against the ‘jungle raj’ in Bihar, when Kumar contested against Lalu Prasad Yadav.

Choudhary expressed confidence that in the upcoming Jharkhand Assembly elections, Saryu Roy, who won as an independent candidate last time, will secure a victory with double the votes as an NDA candidate.

He also predicted a strong showing for the NDA in the Jharkhand Assembly elections.

Addressing the question of which seat he will contest from, MLA Saryu Roy stated that the decision will be made by the national leadership of the JD(U) and BJP.

He assured that he would work according to the party’s decision.
