Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry delegation meets with DGP Anurag Gupta to address Jamshedpur’s pressing concerns.

JAMSHEDPUR – A delegation from the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry met with State DGP Anurag Gupta to discuss various issues affecting Jamshedpur.

Led by President Vijay Anand Moonka, the delegation highlighted several concerns to the Director General of Police at his office in Ranchi.

The illegal parking of heavy vehicles along the road from Pardih Kali Temple to Dimna Chowk was brought to the DGP’s attention.

Chamber officials emphasized the need for swift action against cybercrime and the appointment of skilled officers to address such cases.

The delegation stressed the necessity for improving Jamshedpur’s traffic management system.

Concerns were raised about the frequent thefts in the Adityapur Manufacturing Cluster, with a request for increased police patrolling and establishment of a police outpost.

The Chamber praised the Jamshedpur police for their swift action in arresting criminals involved in a recent jewelry shop robbery.

DGP Anurag Gupta assured the delegation that their demands would be given due consideration.

He highlighted the importance of small traders in the state’s development, suggesting the slogan should now be "Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan, and Jai Chhote Vyapari".

The DGP referred to small traders as the "custodians of the state’s development".

Gupta encouraged traders to contact him directly if they face any law and order problems that are not promptly resolved.
