Sub-Junior Championship to Follow from August 10

The Naval Tata Hockey Jharkhand Junior State Hockey Championship 2024 (Men) will commence on August 4 at Naval Tata Hockey Academy, Jamshedpur.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Naval Tata Hockey Jharkhand Junior State Hockey Championship 2024 (Men) will begin on August 4 at the Naval Tata Hockey Academy in Jamshedpur.

Eight teams under the age of 19 will compete in the tournament, representing various districts of Jharkhand.

In the junior category, Pool A includes NTHA, Ranchi, Hazaribagh, and Bokaro, while Pool B features Simdega, Gumla, Khunti, and Ramgarh.

All matches will be held at the Naval Tata Hockey Academy, Jamshedpur.

Teams will be accommodated at the JRD Tata Sports Complex, ensuring a comfortable stay and preparation for their matches.

The tournament aims to provide valuable exposure to the players, enhancing their skills and competitive spirit.

The Junior Championship will conclude on August 8, followed by the Sub-Junior Championship from August 10 to 14 at the same venue.

Teams in the Sub-Junior category will include Gumla, Ranchi, NTHA, Simdega, Khunti, Hazaribagh, West Singhbhum, and East Singhbhum.
