JAMSHEDPUR – Residents of Crescent Tower on Mango Old Purulia Road No. 18, Jamshedpur, are protesting against the builder’s negligence.
They reported that despite multiple requests, the builder has failed to repair the roof’s patti stone and drainage system.
Due to this negligence, water leaks from the roof, filling up the parking area.
The balconies and the entire building are in a dilapidated state, with parts of the balcony falling onto the roads, posing a risk to passersby.
During the rainy season, water enters the parking area, weakening the building and increasing the risk of diseases.
The residents demand that the builder fulfills all promises, including the repair work, or they will escalate the matter to the SDO and Deputy Commissioner.
The building’s current state is a significant concern, and immediate action is required to ensure the safety and well-being of its occupants.
