A meeting of various tribal communities and social organizations was held in Jamshedpur to prepare for International Tribal Day, emphasizing unity and detailed planning for the event.
CHAKRADHARPUR – In a collaborative effort to celebrate International Tribal Day, a meeting of various tribal communities and social organizations was held at the Manki-Munda auditorium in the block premises.
In this meeting, all the tribal communities were called upon to celebrate Tribal Day together, and the program’s outline was briefly discussed.
The next meeting is scheduled for July 24 at 2 PM in the Manki-Munda auditorium, where other topics will be discussed in detail.
Manki-Munda Sangh’s block president Rando Korah, secretary Madho Kerai, and Somnath Koya from the Mukhiya Sangh attended the meeting.
Also present were Daya Sagar Kerai, 20-point block president Tarakant Sijui, Adivasi Mitra Mandal president Satyajit Hembram, Baba Lango Majhi, and Kushal Majhi from the Santal society.
Representatives from the Adivasi Ho Samaj Mahasabha included Mathura Gagarai and Dorai Hansda.
Tribal Munda Samaj’s president Shyam Munda, Much Mahli from the Mahli society, social worker Vijay Samadd, Madan Bodra, Arjun Munda, Ponderam Samadd, Pankaj Bankira, and other members were also in attendance.
