RSB Global Marks 2nd Anniversary of ‘Ek Pahal’ Women Empowerment Initiative

JAMSHEDPUR – RSB Global commemorated the second anniversary of its groundbreaking ‘Ek Pahal’ initiative, aimed at empowering women and boosting female employment.

The celebration, attended by over 200 female employees, featured notable guests including Padma Shree awardee Chami Murmu and UPSC 17th rank holder Swati Sharma.

Nirmala Behera, Executive Director of Group HR, highlighted the initiative’s impact, stating, "In just two years, ‘Ek Pahal’ has made remarkable strides in empowering our female employees and the surrounding community."
