In a major drug bust, Mango police detained a couple and seized 21 g of brown sugar following a raid on Kumroom Basti.
JAMSHEDPUR – Mango Police made a significant drug bust recently in Kumroom Basti, arresting T Kalindi and her husband B Kalindi, and confiscating 21 bags of brown sugar.
A First Information Report (FIR) was lodged against the couple, as well as N Kalindi and S Kalindi, following the testimony of SI Shankar Kumar Singh from the Mango Police Station.
Acting on a confidential tip-off about the purchase and sale of brown sugar in the area, the police decided to carry out the raid.
The operation was successful, leading to the detention of the couple.
It’s worth noting that both T Kalindi and B Kalindi have previously spent time in prison.
