Security Tightened in Naxal-Hit Patamda Ahead of Lok Sabha Elections

As the Lok Sabha elections approach, law enforcement in Jamshedpur has ramped up security measures, particularly in the Naxal-affected Patamda area, to safeguard the electoral process. This initiative, led by Rural SP Rishabh Garg under the supervision of SSP Kishore Kaushal, included a detailed search operation at the Batluka polling station on Tuesday.
JAMSHEDPUR – The operation involved district police and CRPF forces who worked together to inspect the polling booths and engage with local communities.
The main objective was to create a secure environment for voters in the area, encouraging them to participate in the upcoming elections without fear.
Rural SP Garg focused on motivating the villagers, stressing the importance of their participation in the democratic process.
He also emphasized the need for voters to cast their ballots without any apprehensions, ensuring a fearless engagement in the election.
This proactive approach by law enforcement is part of a broader effort to increase voter turnout and ensure the elections occur smoothly and safely.
