BJP Slams Congress Over False Claims of Frozen Bank Accounts

Sudhanshu Ojha Accuses Congress of Misleading Public Ahead of Lok Sabha Polls

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has strongly retaliated against the Congress party’s allegations and demonstrations claiming that the Congress party’s bank accounts have been frozen, with Jamshedpur Mahanagar President Sudhanshu Ojha accusing the Congress of making false statements and pretending to hold protests to mislead the public ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.

JAMSHEDPUR – Addressing a press conference at the district BJP office in Sakchi on Monday, Sudhanshu Ojha, the Jamshedpur Mahanagar BJP District President, vehemently denied the Congress party’s claims that their bank accounts have been frozen.

Ojha accused the Congress party and its leaders of making false statements and staging pretend protests to mislead the public, driven by their fear of certain defeat in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Congress Protest Against Income Tax Evasion Notice Criticized

Ojha strongly criticized the Congress party’s protest against the income tax evasion notice, calling it a clear example of “theft and swindling.

He alleged that the Congress party consistently disregards rules and ignores notices issued by agencies when they are caught violating regulations.

Ojha further accused the Congress of playing the victim card only when action is finally taken against them for their non-compliance.

High Court’s Rejection of Congress Petition Highlighted

The BJP leader pointed out that the Congress party has resorted to protests and demonstrations to spread lies among the public after the High Court rejected their petition in accordance with the rules.

Ojha questioned whether the Congress party is protesting against the Income Tax Department or the High Court, as they approached the High Court themselves and received a rebuke from the court as well.

Congress Accused of Insulting Constitutional Institutions

Ojha emphasized that it is the duty of every political party to respect the highest constitutional institutions of the country, but the Congress party has consistently insulted these institutions.

He accused the Congress of ruling the country like a dictator for 60 years and seeking power only for the sake of merit, in contrast to the Bharatiya Janata Party, which he claimed is always ready to serve the country and its people.

Congress’s History of Tax Evasion and Scams Highlighted

Ojha further alleged that the Congress party not only evaded taxes but also carried out numerous scams in the country from 2004 to 2014.

He asserted that the people of the country are well aware of the Congress party’s methods and that their false claims and protests will only lead to their further decline in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
