Tubes Division Unveils Modern Creche Facility to Support Employee Families

Ruchi Narendran inaugurates Muskaan Creche, a state-of-the-art facility for Tubes Division workers’ children in Jamshedpur.

JAMSHEDPUR – Marking a significant leap towards employee welfare, Tubes Division has introduced ‘Muskaan’, a Creche facility designed to cater to the needs of its workers’ children, inaugurated by Ruchi Narendran.

Muskaan Creche spans 2400 square feet, offering a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for children aged 6 months to 10 years.

The facility features net-covered windows, air conditioning, CCTV for security, and specialized rooms for sleep, play, feeding, and isolation for sick children.

Operating hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, Muskaan promises a nurturing space for the children of both contract and permanent employees.

The inauguration saw participation from TWU leaders, senior officials of Tubes Division, and the community, emphasizing the collective effort in enhancing work-life balance.

Designed with modern amenities, Muskaan aims to provide a holistic environment where children can learn, play, and grow under professional care.
