Significant Police Department Overhaul in Jamshedpur with New SHO Appointments
In a decisive move, Jamshedpur’s SSP Kishore Kaushal fills 14 SHO vacancies, aiming to strengthen law enforcement across the region.
JAMSHEDPUR – SSP Kishore Kaushal has appointed 14 Sub Inspector rank officers as Station House Officers (SHOs) in a significant reshuffle within the Jamshedpur police department.
These appointments fill all vacant SHO positions, including key stations like Birsanagar, Jadugoda, and Dhalbhumgarh.
Officers Nemdhari Rajak, Abhishek Kumar, and Upendra Narayan Singh, among others, have been assigned to lead various police stations.
The reshuffle extends to Gudabandha, Barsol, Chakulia, and additional stations, with Pawan Kumar, Chandan Kumar, and Santosh Kumar taking charge.
Further, Akhilesh Kumar, Vikas Kumar Sharma, and Rajendra Kumar Munda have been designated as in-charges of Shyamsunderpulas, Baharagora, and Dhalbhumgarh stations respectively.
The reassignment also includes Rajneesh Anand, Prakash Kumar Rajak, Sameer Tirkey, Amit Kumar, and Gautam Kumar to vital positions.
This strategic move is effective immediately, aiming to invigorate the police force with fresh leadership.
Simultaneously, the SSP has relocated 120 police officers stationed in Jamshedpur for over three years, in compliance with directives to enhance departmental efficiency.
These officers have been redeployed across various districts from February 1, following the State Police Establishment Council’s guidelines.
This extensive overhaul underscores a proactive approach to maintaining and improving law enforcement effectiveness in Jamshedpur.
