A chilling event has unfolded in the West Singhbhum district, where the discovery of four bodies on the Kendposi Talaburu down line within the Chakradharpur railway division has caused widespread alarm and temporarily halted railway operations on the third line. CHAKRADHARPUR – Four bodies were found on the Kendposi Talaburu down line. The incident occurred around 2.30 pm on Friday.
Rail operations on the third line have been suspended. Bodies were discovered within a 1 to 1.5-kilometre stretch.
This has caused panic among local residents. Police are investigating the possibility of murder or suicide.
A man, a woman, and a child were among the deceased. One body was found tied in a sack on the railway tracks.
