DESK – Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra resumed its journey from Raigarh district, Chhattisgarh, following a two-day hiatus.
The yatra, which aims to rally support and boost Congress morale, saw Gandhi and prominent leaders like Sachin Pilot and Deepak Baij in an open jeep procession.
Starting with a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, the yatra proceeded towards the Kharsia assembly constituency, drawing a significant crowd of followers.
Officials highlighted the yatra’s entry into Chhattisgarh from Odisha, emphasizing its role in rejuvenating party workers after recent electoral setbacks.
Rahul Gandhi’s speeches have targeted the BJP’s policies, accusing them of fostering injustice, hatred, and violence.
The Congress leader also critiqued Prime Minister Narendra Modi, questioning his OBC status and pointing out the BJP government’s role in categorizing the Ghanchi caste.
The yatra’s route through Chhattisgarh covers 536 kilometers, aiming to enter Jharkhand by February 14, passing through key districts like Korba and Surguja.
