Nature Education Campaign by A.K. Sahay Enlightens Jharkhand Students
In a move to bolster ecological awareness, A.K. Sahay’s educational campaign in Jamshedpur showcases bird photography to highlight avian importance in nature.
JAMSHEDPUR – A.K. Sahay’s nature education campaign has been met with positive feedback from students, displaying a keen interest in ecological conservation.
This initiative, under the Indian Bird Photography Society’s guidance, has reached over 25 institutions in Jharkhand and Tamil Nadu, including IIT Madras and St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi.
Driven by Abdul Kalam’s inspiration, Sahay is dedicated to spreading environmental awareness among the youth through this campaign.
Aiding in this mission are Dr. Raju Kumar, Director of Environmental Etiquette, and Abhishek Bharti, known for his proficiency in PowerPoint presentations and event moderation.
Acknowledging the role of birds in ecological balance, Sahay emphasizes their contribution to vegetation growth and insect population control.
Participants of the educational quiz, led by Kishor Kumar, receive certificates and prizes, acknowledging their achievements and the campaign’s impact.
Sahay’s visits to NML Kerala Public School and Netaji Subhash University have been pivotal, with further plans to engage students at Shrinath University and Cooperative College.
At the heart of Sahay’s campaign is the exhibition of bird photographs, illustrating the diverse avian life instrumental in nature conservation.
