XLRI’s Disha career fair achieves remarkable success, guiding over 450 attendees through diverse career possibilities with expert counseling and workshops.

JAMSHEDPUR – The conclusion of Disha 2024-25 marks a continued dedication by Samarthya towards nurturing human potential and steering individuals towards meaningful careers.

Samarthya, the organizing team, has expressed deep appreciation for the strong support and positive feedback that has bolstered their commitment to empowering individuals with the knowledge and confidence for making informed career decisions.

Neena Mukherjee’s keynote address, drawing from her extensive fifteen-year career in counseling, provided invaluable insights and inspiration to those exploring their career paths.

The fair not only covered traditional fields like engineering, civil services, and commerce but also offered insights into emerging areas such as biotechnology, fashion, journalism, and defense.

Participants from schools including CM School of Excellence, Baldwin High School, DAV, JH Tarapore, and Loyola joined the event, contributing to the high attendance and dynamic interactions.

The event saw an impressive turnout with over 700 registrations, highlighting the strong interest in career exploration among students, parents, and educators.

More than 140 students from XLRI volunteered to support Disha, ensuring the event’s success through their dedication and efforts.

The Disha career counseling fair, held on February 4, 2024, at XLRI’s campus, offered a platform for over 450 attendees to explore a multitude of career options and gain insights from experienced professionals.

Samarth, the Human Potential Center at XLRI, continues to guide students through the complexities of career decision-making, reinforcing the event’s role in shaping a generation poised to strengthen the nation’s foundations.
