Today marks a pivotal moment for Jharkhand as Chief Minister Hemant Soren undergoes interrogation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a land scam case.
The interrogation, scheduled for 1 pm at the CM’s residence, is not the first of its kind.
On January 20, Soren faced a similar investigation by ED officials at the same location.
The earlier session, which lasted seven hours, was deemed incomplete by the ED, leading to further summons.
To date, Hemant Soren has received ten such summons from the ED.

In anticipation of today’s interrogation, Ranchi has ramped up its security.
The capital’s law enforcement has deployed over 1800 personnel, with a strategic focus on the path from Raj Bhavan to the CM’s residence.
Additionally, specialized forces and top-ranking police officers are stationed near the CM residence to ensure order and safety.
