Allied Health Sciences Awareness by Manipal Tata Medical College

Manipal Tata Medical College’s Department of Allied Health Sciences conducted a career counselling session for District Education Officers in Jharkhand, enhancing awareness about allied health careers.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Department of Allied Health Sciences at Manipal Tata Medical College recently held a career counselling session for District Education Officers and other educational officials in Jharkhand.

This initiative was part of the State Education Project, involving Sub-divisional educational officers and APOs from all districts.

During the session, officials from Manipal Tata Medical College delivered a comprehensive 15-minute presentation on allied health sciences.

The session aimed at increasing awareness and providing detailed information about various career paths in the allied health sector.

Additionally, it highlighted the allied health programs offered at Manipal Tata Medical College.

This collaborative effort was focused on empowering individuals with necessary knowledge for making informed career decisions in allied health post their Plus Two education.

Dr. Maheshwar Prasad, head of the Outreach Program at Manipal Tata Medical College and former Civil Surgeon of East Singhbhum district, emphasized the session’s role in spreading awareness among district education officials.

The event served as a platform to inform and attract potential students to the allied health programs offered by the college.
