The District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Manjunath Bhajantri, calls for responsible celebrations and social media use during the Lord Shri Ram consecration in Ayodhya.
JAMSHEDPUR – Ahead of the consecration of Lord Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22, District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Mr. Manjunath Bhajantri has issued an appeal to the district’s residents.
He urges the community to conduct worship activities at home and avoid crowding.
In his appeal, Mr. Bhajantri emphasizes the importance of obtaining prior permission for any processions.
The administration has instructed organizers, if any, to submit their route charts to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Block Development Officer, and Police Station Incharge.
This measure is to ensure smooth traffic management and maintenance of law and order during the event.
He further appeals to the public to refrain from playing any music or songs that might offend religious sentiments.
Additionally, Mr. Bhajantri advises against sharing or engaging with posts that could disrupt social harmony or spread fake news, especially on social media platforms.
He emphasizes that there will be special monitoring of social media to prevent any disturbances.
The district administration has prepared extensively to maintain law and order during this significant event.
